Job Summary
This role supports the President, Business Operations Team, and Shihan (Business Development) Team with business coordination support in a full-time, remote capacity. The Coordinator works with the HR Manager to build and manage a pipeline of potential consultants for our clients. They support the Operations Manager with marketing, PR, internal project support, and communications coordination, assuring TokuSaku maintains awareness with stakeholders. This role will involve frequent communication with the Business Operations Team, comprised of the HR and Operations Managers, as the result of the changing priorities of an agile business. The Coordinator will work remotely unless an in-person event calls for attendance. As TokuSaku grows, other opportunities for responsibility may become known based on the strengths exhibited by the employee.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Areas of support could include:
Marketing: Select merchandise for annual gifts. Update marketing collateral and website content. Occasionally craft social media content.
Communications: Organize Microsoft Teams and SharePoint files for ease of use. Develop and distribute employee newsletter monthly.
Employee Engagement: Coordinate virtual happy hours, annual in-person events, quarterly wellness contests, and distribution of perks.
Public Relations: Submit TokuSaku for business awards. Manage annual client satisfaction survey.
Sales support: Offer ad hoc sales support to the Shihan Team, including Dynamics CRM data management and quarterly reporting.
Talent Acquisition: Connect with professionals and increase brand awareness.
Conduct the candidate intake process.
Provide internal projects and operations support duties as assigned by the Business Operations Team to meet company goals.
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field OR 4 years of equivalent experience, AND two years of previous internship or job experience in Business Operations, Talent Acquisition, and/or Marketing.
Desired: Two or more years of additional work experience in Business Operations, Talent Acquisition, and/or Marketing.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Client/Candidate relations experience on the phone and through email
System-oriented and familiar with setting up systems
Excellent verbal and oral written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Tools (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote).

Event coordination.

Brand representation and service marketing.
Total Compensation
Pay: $45 – 55k/year, Full-time
