Erik Lee

Over Erik’s 20+ year consulting career, he has worked in technical and business consulting capacities, in several industries and focus areas.  He has often played the connector between the business and technology needs of his clients, helping translate and aligning the organization.  As he has transitioned to managing partner, this background has enabled him to truly understand the client’s needs, and the type of resources which will be successful in helping the clients achieve their project goals.  As the final evaluator of technical resources for our clients, he takes into account their technical capabilities, but also the resources business understanding, client relationship skills and client culture fit. For the past 10 years, Erik has a proven track record of identifying qualified candidates for a very diverse set of clients, projects, and skill sets. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, gardening, golfing poorly and rooting for his San Francisco hometown teams, much to the dismay of his Seattle friends.
